I wish the game has an easy/baby mode like Hades. Returnal is very interesting, but it's a bit too difficult for me. Starting over from almost scratch is rather frustrating.

Completely different. Kinda of like a rogue like fps imo. No save points between lives(originally).... But I think they patched that in.

Really like this game but as others have said the difficulty gets nuts and i had finally gotten to the first boss after playing a while and got annihilated, haven't gone back since. It's a Must buy if your a glutton for punishment 😁

Returnal is basically a shooter roguelike with a difficulty wall in place of normal difficulty curves. It's a phenomenal game if that's your cup of tea (it is for me) and this is a great deal for it.

No. it's a 3rd person bullet hell shooter with rogue-like elements set in an Alien (the movie) universe. It's one of the top games for PS5, but be warned there's a steep learning curve that you'll have to get past in the beginning.

Probably the best use of PS5 dual sense controller I've experienced, though granted there's a lot of PS5 games I haven't tried.

I have this via PS Plus subscription, and only played it a little so far, but I do like what I experienced so far.

Same. I really want to love this game but it's far too punishing and I can't even beat the first boss. Even after adding a "suspend session" (pseudo save) system it's still no help.

I hated this game. Bullet hell Diarrhea Christmas lights roguelike with no save and is stupid hard. There is too much going on screen all the time. I paid real money for it and sold it 3 weeks later. Some people enjoy punishment though.
