How to redeem for bill that's on autopay? It said $25 exceeded the limit and now it doesn't give me gift card option as payment

Click on the bill amount and it lets you change it to 25.00 and then you can use the gift card to apply it to the account.

8 years I've been there customer phone bills 400 to $700 a month. And they don't offer Jack. As bad as Amazon.

I have the same problem, but showing a different minimum amount. Looks like for split payment, at least 20% has to be on each of the payment methods, and the $25 is shy of that.

Was successful in adding and able to log into existing Netflix account but while my Verizon acct says NFL+ is active, I can't sign in to manage my account. Should I be using my Verizon email and password?

To add a Verizon Gift Card as a payment option for your mobile bill through My Verizon:
Go to your Payment Options.
Choose an amount to pay (i.e., pay in full, pay another amount, make a split arrangement) and choose Continue.
Choose add/edit payment method. Select Gift card and click Add method. Follow the prompts.
When the gift card is added, you can select it as a payment option for your bill.

To apply your gift card to your bill by phone call #GIFT (#4438) from your mobile phone or (800) 876-4141 from any phone.

I got it but the page with the gift card code expired while i was shopping and now I have no way to look it up. Looks like I lost it.
