Think the $379 listing from a third-party seller caused Amazon's price to adjust.

Thing is I need the 50 U6H and prefer google for it to fit in the spot I have on my patio. So it's unfortunate that the prices for these in 55-65 don't really make sense

Interesting deal.
My thesis on why the 58" is cheaper than the 55" is that the 58" panels are of inferior quality since it is not used in the high-end TVs.

Agreed all the odd size panels are made by inferior suppliers for cheap and they tend to fail in a couple years. I got one a long time ago that was a BF special and it was a Samsung but only lasted 2 years until all the colors turned purple. Big waste of money Mad
. Stick with common sizes.

No Atmos no care
Why are you looking for Atmos on a $400 TV? Decent soundbars or receivers that can do Atmos are about that price, and literally their only job is sound.

Aint nobody buying a discount $400 TV based upon it's superior Dolby Atmos support, which has zero utility unless you have really expensive speakers built-in AND are planning to only use the built-in speakers.
