This was posted earlier - but as a comment, I cannot for the life of me imagine spending one thousand four hundred dollars on a vacuum - seems just crazy to me!

Yeah I just get the Dreame D9 for $160 instead. And then the Ilife W450 for mopping with a dirty return water tank.

It was $1k about a month ago. I'd say it's worth it at 1400 if it's needed asap. It may seem crazy but depending on how much you value your free time it can pay for itself in less than a year. I make $40/hr so if I spend 15 min (gross understatement for vacuuming and mopping) vacuuming 4x per week, that's 1 hour per week. So in 35 weeks I'd reach the 'break even point' of it paying for itself. Yes, there are maintenance items I know, but a manual vacuum cleaner/mop does also. It doesn't seem to need that much maintenance though
We got the 7 MaxV and it is fantastic but the bundled Dyad is a piece of junk. It constantly errors and doesn't have enough sunction to pickup all the water it puts down. Forums are full of complaints about the E5 error, some users claimed they fixed it by pulling the vacuum apart and replacing broken parts, others said it went away once they switched to bottled water.
