Can you use Apple Pay Discover to get also 8% statement credit with Capital one? Does it need to be a capital one card to get a rebate?

I read you can't pay wireless bill with some of these. I think most of us will just use it on Amazon. But it seems people were successful in using at Walmart.com

But I've had 50/50 chance of Amex Blue Cash Everyday counting it as online shopping.

Didn't work last time I tried. Codes as 'POI Funding Transactions' which are excluded.
