Stack it with 8% cash back from capital one portal, seems like a deal to me

Sometimes I'll use mine to buy Costco gift cards since those virtually never are available at a discount.
If you use a Costco gift card then you lose the 2% back that the Costco Visa gives you

No you don't. You're getting that 2% (Citi DCB baseline for example) on the front end when you buy the VGC.

If you're a Costco executive member you'll still get the 2% rewards that is separate from the Citi Costco CC.

I'm paying a $722 vet bill tomorrow, so 3 x $250 card orders for me!
Used American Airlines portal and AAviator credit card, so about 2800 miles for me, woohoo!
Why would you buy $250 when the maximum discount is $20 per order which is satisfied w/$200?

Costco executive membership costs too much for our amount of purchases. If I buy a TV maybe an executive membership would make sense?

In the terms for the C1 offer (8%), under "Qualifying Offer Purchase", I am not seeing anything that states you must use the C1 card to get the cashback. Rather, I am seeing "The purchase of a gift card or gift cards is not a Qualifying Offer Purchase.".
Yeah I'm not seeing it either. Can't say whether it'll track properly but I do know that I've had a great success rate w/ the capital one shopping app which oftentimes issues multiples higher than it should. Sort of an open secret. 🤫

Extra 13% cashback makes it even more slick! (8% Cap1 cashback and 5% discover+Apple Pay)
Capped my discover 5% else I would be on it!

Cap1 shopping tip- if app doesn't show 8%, try browser extension or Vice versa.
How did you pay by Apple Pay. There is only an option to pay by Credit/Debit card.

I believe you need to hit $5,500/year before it makes sense to upgrade to Executive. IIRC if you're not satisfied at the end of the year you can downgrade and be refunded the difference. So for example if you paid $110 and earned $75 they'd issue you $35 cash.

Costco is great w/service as long as you don't abuse them.

Never worked for me, and no good way to reach out to anybody for the inquiry. Better to stick with urlhasbeenblocked 1%, at least it's guaranteed.

Thanks! I call customer Service. They said the website I used (Toast tab) hold extra 20% total transaction and will release it in 24 hours. I will wait and see 🙄 I will never buy from this website again.

$3,000 a year since 2% covers the $60 Executive upgrade cost.
