Was able to buy a target egift card without issues with the visa card. Wish it had come when target was having 10% off to make it even slicker

I remember the Staples promotion. 25% off a $300 Staples gift card and you could use it to buy a Visa gift card. People were paying $225 for a $300 Visa gift card and doing it over & over again. I ended up cashing out my gift cards by sending through Venmo (The purchase protection slider has to be turned on). After fees, the $200 turns into $196.10.
