PE branch tips (the realistic looking ones) mixed with PVC tips for filler.
Lots of trees I've seen this year in this price range are shorter, have all PVC tips and have less than half the lights, sometimes not even LED.
Unfortunately it's out of stock in my area. But thumbs up for those who can find one.

This one has 3400 branches, more lights, and can change color. Hope it comes back in stock before 1/13, but probably won't. Anyone want to ship it to me?

Thanks OP
Well, I picked it up this morning and assembled it in less than an hour and it looks great! I read reviews complaining that it wasn't fluffy enough or had holes in the coverage. Those people are just lazy and didn't bother to fluff it out. That's why it took me an hour to set it up. Anywhere I saw a hole in the coverage, I just reached in and fluffed the branch that I somehow missed. Now we just hang some decorations and top it off with an Angel (the tree has a convenient outlet near the top) and we're good to go. Putting it away shouldn't be a big deal in case we need it again and no mess from all the needles. Although I do miss the smell of a real tree, but for $99, this was a great deal and the tree looks fantastic.
BTW, all the stores around me were out of stock except for one, which had 34 of them so I took a little drive. It was worth it. Like a previous poster said, Lowes at NW 174 St & 57 Ave in Hialeah has them. Again, I never would have thought of getting a fake tree, but now I'm glad I did. It cheered me up and I think it will cheer up the wife when she gets home from work.
Merry Christmas and to all SD'ers a good night!
… and just like that, the "order ready" text came through as I was about to hit submit. Thanks OP!
Came back 2 minutes later and it's OOS.
Hope they will send ours.
Our ceiling is 9.5 ft and this tree will just fit. No topper.
