I have the rack it's great for me. I'm no power lifter but if you're benching 300 and squatting 400 you should have no problems with this . I have this in my basement but with low ceilings I installed the pull up bar opposite of what's shown in the picture.

I have one too for the last 2 years. I love it except my basement is uneven ! It's tilted toward the drain
If you're somewhat handy you should add a cable crossover. I posted a balance form cable crossover over that's currently 199 at Walmart and I have no reason to ever go to a gym. https://youtube.com/shorts/phYXQV...ture=share

Can those pulleys on the crossover be easily moved up to the top and bottom to perform a variety of exercises?

Why the video is unavailable for me?
I'm thinking in selling my tower gym and separate squat rack and buying this power cage one. Seems that quality is good for some of you guys. I'll give it a try! Thanks OP.!

I just bought this unit with the lat pull down but haven't put it together yet.
However, was looking and found the similar unit below at $200 but 1000lb capacity, lat unit that is $100 instead of $200, and also has attachment for crossover cables for $200, Which this doesn't offer. Reviews seem decent, any thoughts on this unit? I may end up swapping

I was considering that one but way too tall for my basement. I read it ts 86" tall with pull-up bar.
Thanks, that actually says balance form crossover, which is the unit I linked above. That's what I saying, the balance form gives the option for the crossover cable attachment, I don't see one for this unit.
