This can be as simple as Oakley including two nose pieces in sunglasses packaging: one for regular fit and one for "Asian fit". I'm not sure they do that any more as the pairs I've bought the last 2-3 years have only had one nose piece. I need the opposite of an Asian fit as I have a large protruding nose, but I make due with the regular nose piece on my Oakley sunglasses (mainly M Frames), though the frames sit a little higher on my face than most people (but Oakley shield-based sunglasses, especially M Frame XL, accommodate it well).
Why are sunglasses so expensive? Is there no $20 one that can be recommended?

Knockarounds makes more youth styles in the same price range. The Fort Knocks I know are popular, but I've never tried them: https://knockaround.com/collectio...sun
In either case, there are definite quality and design deficits compared to an actual $100+ pair of quality sunglasses. It comes down to how you tend to wear them. Some people like these $30 ones you replace often, and don't worry about losing/breaking. Some people pay more upfront and keep the same pair that still looks good for decades
