I just got mine in yesterday from the last deal. Mine had some wear on it, tires were worn a little and the whole thing was pretty dusty. One of the screws that holds the handlebar in was stripped but luckily I was still able to grip it enough to tighten it down. App says it has about 50 miles on it. Only took it out for a spin but it was so slow. Not sure if I need to change modes on it or charge it to 100%. I'll have to play around with it more

Bought one during the first deal, but it has to go back. Unit looked great physically and had all parts, but first attempt at charging revealed a flashing wrench and alternating code 42 / code 48 error codes. Checked to ensure battery was tight, tried a reset, but codes persisted.

Newegg was easy to work with for a return authorization & I've ordered a second unit to try again.

just cleaning the battery terminals and charging it very possible wouldve solved that problem.

If it's slow make sure it's in "Sport Mode" as indicated by a red icon on the screen. Double press the power button until it shows up.

Yup I think it was on eco mode or something. Going to give it another try when the weather clears up

just received 4 i ordered, they arrive in a generic labeled brown box... Just says ES3 PLUS GRADE: A on side

all basically look like new- some minor scuffs that can be cleaned off

none had firmware updates, some were either 2 or 3 updates needed.

of the 4 boxes. 1 was missing a screw, another came with a broken charger at the battery end and only 2 tools of 4. Just had to do an RMA and they wanted pictures to do that. Then I had to place a new order to get it faster, no advanced rma..

Most miles looks like around 100 of the 4, others were half or less... segway app will tell you info...

It goes pretty fast on sport mode and I'm around 220... app is pretty cool to change the lights and speed setting

PSA: Do NOT try to go in grass HAHA you will eat it...

I ordered one and received two days ago. It did not miss screws but a wrench. Luckily I had a wrench from previous Segway, so it was ok. It has some wears on LCD and 30km driven and tires looks new. I have driven about 60km so far and it runs really strong and fast on Sport mode. Also I compared it to my previous ES4 and they look exactly same!

don't upgrade the firmware! it will lock you out of being able to hack it if you want to...I reflashed a new firmware on it and now rolling down hill its not holding you back , basically "Freewheel" and also i can go now to 20 mph easily.
