To last several nights use we can do some fuzzy math... let's assume 8 hours per night. To last 2 nights it needs to go 16 hours. 256/16= 16 so your device would have to use no more than 16 watts / hour to last that long. That's like a bright LED bulb. BiPAPs are sophisticated positive pressure devices that have several moving parts. 😮 💨
300W/600W X-Boost AC Output. 300W... 600W in boost mode.
360W AC Input for Charging in 60 Minutes.
110W Solar Input Fast Charging.
This is not a 600W power station, it can boost to 600W.
Your volts will drop keeping the amps to run a hair dryer when in boost mode. While the Bluetti EB3A IS a 600W power station, boost to 1200W.
That is what keeps me from NOT being interested in this River 2.
256Wh - @ 15% (for the inverter to work) is your true time of battery you have.
So if you plug in somethig using 217.4 watts, it will last for 1 hr.
Basically around the same of the Bluetti EB3A.
BUT the Bluetti EB3A you can plug in something 600W without turning on boost mode... whereas the River 2 you have to turn on boost mode after 300W.
Boost mode tricks the device to run something by lowering volts out to keep amps. So your hairdryer will run on the River 2, but at a slow fan speed. The EB3A will start to do that AFTER 600W..
This allows you more room to use different devices in the EB3A before this trickery of boost mode (shall we call it) to start to kick in and lower volts.
So lower volts at 300 on river 2
or lower volts at 600 on eb3a.
Is it worth it vs the EB3A?
The EB3A also has 100 USBC vs 60 on the River 2.
EB3A comes with solar charge cables.
EB3A has wireless cellphone charging on top.
And you can use codes for the EB3A . ONE is JasonPV350 for $40 off. (that is a secrete). so $199.
I got mine at $209 - $40. So $169. No brainer. So right now EB3A for $199 to me is a better deal then the River 2.
Now, do you like bluetti or EcoFlow, up to you what you want.
