It is returnable.

You will not get a free return since it's not shipped via Prime like the Power Station. Probably still come out a little ahead after subtracting your return shipping costs and any possible restock charges.

Personally I'd just keep the cable in case a solar panel deal comes up. jmo

Any idea if this would run a bipap machine for a few nights?
Thanks
No. To understand look up the wattage consumption of your device. This battery holds approximately 256 watts. So take 256w then divide it by the value it uses per hour of your bipap (B) then multiply by 60 to get the amount of minutes it will last. 256 / (B) = X*60

To last several nights use we can do some fuzzy math... let's assume 8 hours per night. To last 2 nights it needs to go 16 hours. 256/16= 16 so your device would have to use no more than 16 watts / hour to last that long. That's like a bright LED bulb. BiPAPs are sophisticated positive pressure devices that have several moving parts. 😮 💨

Got it.
Is there a less expensive quality solar panel for this that someone can recommend?
The Renogy panels are generally pretty cheap. Wait for a sale on those too possibly. Harbor freight has some that perform very well but they have SAE connectors instead of MC4. If you're not afraid of swapping them out they will do great.

i tried to cancel the cable alone but the price is automatically updating the generator order. so, its better to keep the cable.

Are both the items in the same order or separate orders ?

EDIT: Nevermind, I see that Amazon is updating the price even if both items get placed in separate orders. I guess I'll return the cable once it's delivered.

When setup with solar charging, does this charge phones plugged into it using the solar power directly or pull from the battery and in turn use the solar to charge the battery? Obviously, the former is much better for battery life.

This model doesn't have UPS capability. Oddly the base River 2 does. Nor does it have simultaneous charging support. 😕

If you don't want to calculate yourself, there's a runtime comparison on the Amazon product page for different devices. Of course runtimes will vary based on your specific device, but Ecoflow's estimate for a CPAP running at 40W on AC is 4.6 hours with this model. Only the larger Delta models are estimated to provide multiple nights on a single charge.

Check out the video. Independent testing disproves it. It's a fine EPS though unless UPS capability is resolved through a software upgrade eventually which is possible.

Edit: Brain fart... Sorry I thought deal was for River 2 Max. 😳
