Also I believe the PS5 version contains a code for the PS4 version.
From Square Enix:
"The VR version of HITMAN 3 can only be played via the PlayStation4® version of the game.
If you've purchased a physical copy of the PlayStation5® version, your box will include an additional leaflet with a code for you to redeem to get access to the PlayStation4® version in order to play the VR version.
To access it, redeem the code on the leaflet on your PSN account, start the game and navigate to the Store menu in-game where you will find a link to the free HITMAN 3 PlayStation4® version."
