Pretty low effort FP post from staff, the first two prices are wrong.

Also, this is fairly important part to mention…

Promo Credit is valid through and expires on February 5, 2023, 11:59 PM (PT).

I had to open the Apple Wallet on my phone and add my Apple Account to the Wallet in order to use my Apple Account balance to purchase anything from their website. Even though the Account balance was showing as a payment option at checkout, it apparently couldn't be used for purchases of physical products until I added it to my Apple Wallet, then it allowed me to checkout without issue.

Yes, I bought each card for lowes (3 different multi brand ones), got the credits for each 3, then I placed another order for 1 of the ones I already bought, to see if it would give me the credit again, and it didn't even though at checkout it showed the qualifying offer. In the terms it does say 1 per customer, which i knew but i tried anyways because it was showing up the qualifying offer in cart.

This is not slick. $110 for $100 is 9% off. There were plenty 10% off deals from PayPal, Newegg, Kroger (with additional fuel points as well) etc. The time limit on the $10 credit is not making things any better.

I doubt the underwriting or review team work on weekends. I called them first thing in the morning and they they got back to me by end of day. I doubt a retail store can do anything. I live near one of the largest Apple stores in the country and their advice ended up being call Apple.
