Card prices have stagnanted (if not gone up actually) for 2 months or so. Cheapest 6800 XT was 530 before ziptrade, affirm promos. What makes you think you can get one new for 450 before AMD stops selling them altogether?

I don't like power color cards.
Other brand's 6800xt will stay above $500 for a while, I think I am just going to order 6700xt instead here.

Anybody that was shouting HODL in graphics cards threads for months didn't know what they were talking about. 200 people on Slickdeals is not drastically altering the supply and demand of a billion dollar business. A lot of people missed out on deals and could've been enjoying gaming with an RTX 3080, 3090, etc, but will instead have to wait months for the 4070 to release to hopefully drive prices down again.

I think they make good cards but their warranty policy is atrocious. Only 2 year warranty AND its not transferable. One is bad enough but both is just completely unacceptable. MSI, Gigabyte, XFX, Asus, etc all have 3 year warranties and are transferrable.

Its so old that its hard to find comparisons in 2022. Lets just say that the 6700 XT is easily 2.5x-4x as fast as a GTX 970 and the 970 is slightly faster than the titan. But if the rest of your computer hasnt been updated you will severely bottleneck your new GPU.

I've upgraded everything but the gpu. It was able to, and still can, play most games, but screen tearing has been an issue with games that require more fps and fast movement.
