Ordered few boxes for Amazon last time.

Came hard as a rock. Could not eat any.

Complained to Manufacturer, they did nothing.

Had to return these to Amazon.

Bulking is a calorie thing. Not specific type of food thing. I eat these year round. I really like the taste and they have a decent amount of protein.

No, this is just a high percentage of protein per calorie. Bulking would be if they were higher in calories for similar protein (a clif bar is more of a "bulking" bar than these)

These are so nasty and hard as a brick but I always end up buying them on rebate at Costco for some thing to chew on in the mornings. 😑

Same. They were discounted a few months ago so they should be coming up again in the next month or two. I think they go for around $18-19 when on sale.
