Wanted to offer up a recommendation - if you're looking for one that will cover a queen bed, you might consider tracking down a king size. The queens are the exact size of the top of the bed and you really need it to spill over the sides a little bit to stay in place, especially if there's two people sleeping in the bed.

Similarly, a queen size weighted blanket would work well on a full!

Should I be concerned that it says the blanket is 36x48 which is the size for the twin? The illustration shows that the 20lb only comes in queen size but the item title says 3x4'

Bought the 20lb Queen and one each of the 15lb Queen and Full sizes. One of the reviews for the 20lb Queen makes it sound like they didn't send the correct size. The email confirmation also lists it as the twin size (36 x 48) so just to be on the safe side I also ordered the 15lb one.
