I have these and prefer them to the liberty pro 3 for a couple of reasons:
1). I like physical buttons instead of cap sense touch spots. The 3s are way too easy to accidentally touch and cause the audio to pause or track to skip
2). For some reason the 3s don't seat as well in the case compared to the 2s. It's worse enough that very often the buds would not be charging and would instead continue discharging (thinking they were still out of the case and connected to the phone).
Otherwise the performance is about the same. The 3s MIGHT have had slightly better audio quality. I also never really used the transparency or ANC and found them more distracting than useful.
In any case these have OUTSTANDING sound quality. They are easily on par with my expensive Sony MDR-1A cans and frankly I find earbuds more comfortable than nice cans for long periods of use (more than 3 hours)
Wait for these in refurbished. They are offered direct from anker for $25.
I got a pair and they're awesome. Will buy more colors if they become available at $25 refurb.
Edit: got another pair in blue.
Oops nm, I was thinking of the liberty 2 air pros. They are available for $25 refurb here: https://a.co/d/3rtCG7b
