After you've completed the required days, the promos will be moved from the In Progress column to the Earned column. That's when it's safe for you to cancel your Fi service. In your Fi account, click on Account-->Your Plan. Scroll down until you see Leave Fi, click on it. It will give you options on what to do (cancel, pause, port out etc). Since the 1st bill usually started 2 days after your service was activated, the 61st day should be 2 or more days before the 3rd billing period starts. Cancel promptly on the 61st day and you won't be charged the 3rd bill.

you don't have to since even iphone 8 or SE 2nd gen @$150 will suffice ($600-200-250-150). If you want Pro then iphone 11 is enough since it fetches $330 as trade in ($900-300-250-330).

First discount is code, second discount is port in number (I think it comes in combination with first one) from other carrier and third is trade in value. Don't forget that 60 days of service are required and sim card can't be used in any other phone than the one being bought otherwise it will null the discount.

I noticed the 12 mini only gets $240, which I was surprised it is much less than the iphone 11 unless i missed something?

Yeah the way they estimated values are not exactly logical since Xr,X and below 11 all get around $150, broken screen are very close to good screen value as well so this deal is best for someone who has port in number has older iphone that has broken screen and wants 7 or 7 pro
