After you've completed the required days, the promos will be moved from the In Progress column to the Earned column. That's when it's safe for you to cancel your Fi service. In your Fi account, click on Account-->Your Plan. Scroll down until you see Leave Fi, click on it. It will give you options on what to do (cancel, pause, port out etc). Since the 1st bill usually started 2 days after your service was activated, the 61st day should be 2 or more days before the 3rd billing period starts. Cancel promptly on the 61st day and you won't be charged the 3rd bill.
you don't have to since even iphone 8 or SE 2nd gen @$150 will suffice ($600-200-250-150). If you want Pro then iphone 11 is enough since it fetches $330 as trade in ($900-300-250-330).
Nice deal, but no one is trading in a 13 Pro Max for a free Pixel 7 lol

I traded in my iPhone 11 64Gb for a Pixel 7 PRO 128GB, total cost to me after taxes is $43 on top of that 60 days of Fi service is $40. This one is a better deal than BestBuy's Thanksgiving deal, IMO.

iphone 11 64GB can probably fetch 2-300 on the used market though. so math is:

250$ for donor iPhone (for most people)
40$ for 2 months of FI service
5$ for porting a number ( for most people)
43$

= 338$ total for the pixel 7 pro

again you may have a different view on your total cost if you don't need to spend money to port in number and you value your iphone 11 64gb at 0.

I don't trust their trade in system after they screwed me on a trade in. They said my phone wasn't wiped which it was and I got like 20% of what they promised me. I will always triple if not quadruple check my phone's before selling them or trading them in. Way too much sensitive information nowadays. But how can I possibly prove them wrong?
I usually take pictures of the phone & "Welcome" screen after phone resets as proof. Never had to use it so far, including my last pixel 6a purchase

So what is everyone buying with their $100 code after (using the superfan code to buy P7)?
Can it stack multiple $100 off codes?

This is actually NOT very accurate - Google store charges $149 + tax right now and they will refund your trade-in value credit after its verified. It could be $149 or could be less - but TAX isnt refundable. I have a iphone SE broken screen so I am getting $137 trade-in value, so total out of pocket for me will be $12 + tax ($14 f*** CA) - $26 + $40 FI = $66 for Pixel 7

Here is the breakdown, directly copied from my invoice:

Subtotal $899.00
Shipping $0.00
Google Fi Device Financing - $550.00 (this is the $300 discount + $250 Discount from PIXEL2022 code)
Estimated tax $24.44
Total $373.44
Minus: They valued my iPhone 11 64GB $330
Net cost: $43.44 for a brand new Pixel 7 PRO 128GB

There are also taxes and fees on Fi service, and I hear from Reddit that they are quite high percentage wise for the base Fi flexible plan.

i'm not challenging that.. but you are not considering the fact that you can sell your iphone 11 64gb on the used market for 200- 300. your also not adding the flex plan charges for 2 months

First discount is code, second discount is port in number (I think it comes in combination with first one) from other carrier and third is trade in value. Don't forget that 60 days of service are required and sim card can't be used in any other phone than the one being bought otherwise it will null the discount.
Where does it say we cannot move the sim card?

You can take it out and use the phone with another sim BUT you shouldn't insert Fi sim card into other than the pixel you got with it since it will invalidate some of the offers.

Frankly I am not going to use google FI at all, I am going to use my actual service provider. I have a new secondary line for $5 a month I started with a pre-paid provider, I will be x-ferring that number to Fi and cancelling it after 60 days. Because Google Fi service is not really good where I live. Also they are paying $330 for my phone, I really didn't want to deal with the hassle of trying to sell it at FB market place or elsewhere.

It is very common in SlickDeals to ignore taxes in calculations. We like to support the country.

Yeah I know how SD calculates, this one is different because the tax is on higher cost - and the post says FREE
