Getting the 6 battery charger with 2x - 2Ahr batteries for $57 if you return the other set of 2-2Ahr batteries since they are prorated is the deal. The older 6 battery super charger model went on sale for $40 this past summer which was the lowest it had been unless you bought it from Direct Tool Outlet on some holiday promotional deal and got free shipping.

If you look at it from that angle, the super charger is worth $40 on sale if you're lucky to find it like that. Then the 2 batteries are $8.50 each (breaks down to $4.25 per Ahr), so that totals $57. That's the deal.

By the way, anyone saying smaller batteries suck has not used a drill on a tall ladder. Some tools, doesn't matter what brand it is, are easier to manage using smaller profile batteries and some do last a long time too. For some like a circular saw you definitely want larger batteries.

Slickdeals description says all the batteries are 4.0Ah, but the link goes to 2.0Ah batteries. Does this deal exist for 4.0s? 2.0 is not slick, 4.0 would be.

Great price with 2 batteries. I'm not sure the charger alone was ever sub $40, definitely not this year. At $57 hacked with 2 2.0 batteries I'm definitely in.

Is there a way to cancel just the two battery pack after ordering for the hack? I thought someone said you could but it's saying it wants to cancel all items in the order. I suppose I could do chat. I don't live near a HD so not easy for me to return.

Unfortunately you need to have both set to either pickup or delivery. The days of immediate cancelation are over. You can maybe try ship both to home, then open a return to ship? Not exactly sure how that works as I have never shipped back a home depot return.

Immediate cancellations still work. You just need to select pickup from store for both, then go to cancel the unwanted item in your order history after purchase.

I just ordered it on the app, both for pickup. they have a cancellation policy that only allows you to cancel the whole order, individual items cannot be cancelled. Guess I'm getting extra batteries

Thanks. I'm still deciding if I want to keep all four batteries anyway. I knew this was order first, think later. I can return in store when I drive by one in another town if needed. I'm new to the Ryobi ecosystem after that DTO 8 tool deal. It's taking me a while to learn all the ins and outs of how to get the best Ryobi deals. Like learning a new sport. One thing I've learned is that it helps to have a HD near you. lol
