I got this used. Im not a piano player, bought this for my kids to learn. The weight difference between the keys seems pretty vague, the 'rebound' between the highest and lowest key seems too similar. the speaker volume is good. the round body shape is hard to hold and transport, the sheet music stand seems to be Korg specific, not very good for fitting a tablet. No bluetooth so you have to use a midi adapter. I would say maybe this is good for church, live / stage piano type of work. Survived my kids so far so its pretty sturdy.

Anyone know... is the key action of this Korg comparable, heavier or lighter than Yamaha digital pianos?

I used facebook market place, lot more families and regular people selling there. Plus, there are reviews often on some local sellers.

You can also get used instruments from retailers. Maybe not quite as good a deal but less worries. I got a used keyboard from Guitar Center.

Great price. I just wish "Speakers & Stand" meant a separate speaker and stand and not built-in. Still a great price though.

honestly in the sub 1k price point the action is everything, and my wife (and a lot of her pianist friends) vastly prefer the PHA-4 in the budget Rolands to everything else in the price category. Spend the extra and get the FRP-1 from Costco if portability isn't a concern.

Unfortunately, Roland's stretch tuned sound engine sounds weird to me.

(we ended up with an fp-90x. it still sounds weird and sharp sometimes.)

If you got in on that px-s3000 deal for 500 dollars, i dont think you're going to find anything new, unless really lucky, that beats it anytime soon. That was a fantastic deal.

Same action as the B2, it's a reasonably long keystick length 21cm (estimated).

The action has a slightly sponginess to it vs yamaha GHS, or kawai RHC, but they are roughly the same resistance in terms of touch weight.

Just a heads up about Adorama; I've been fighting with their customer service since December 2nd. I ordered a piano and received some kind of photography lighting rig. They made me take pictures of the box several times, each time asking for an additional part of the box. They sent me a shipping label to ship it back, which I did at the expense of my own time, then instead of shipping my original item, told me it was back ordered and I'd have to wait months. Of course, I wanted to cancel the order. They cancelled the order, then alleged that the order never existed, despite having charged $600 to my bank account.

After two weeks of them insisting I was never charged and that the item was cancelled before I was charged, I had to contact the credit card company to dispute it.

There have been reports in other threads about receiving damaged items as well.

I would avoid Adorama if possible.
