Saw few in clearance section for $8 ish around 1st of Nov. But for a online order this seems to be pretty good price

Be careful using the cheap extension handles. Had one break once and the whole roller fell to the group. Thankfully I had a drop cloth.

I bought and used this kit recently. As mentioned, the weak point of the kit is the extension handle, because it screws together with plastic pieces. Get a single piece wood pole, way better. Everything else in the kit is totally serviceable.

This kit is great for the price! I bought it when it was on sale last time, I had my own pole so I did not use the one included

Drop cloths are for the faint of heart. I have never used them (while painting at a friend's)

There is not anything pro about this kit. Invest in decent paint gear, and you will be set for life. Buy a good couple of Purdy brushes, and take care of them, they will last forever. Good roller frames, and handles go on and on. Even the skins can be used day after the day if you are running the same paint, and if you are up for the work, you can wash them out. Also, stop rolling out of a tray like this, get a bucket and a grid, and your life will change forever. They even have mini grids for smaller buckets/rollers.
