Mostly for car camping. It's helpful to have for charging phones, lights, tent fans, etc. I've used it to power an inflator for an air mattress though that drains it pretty quickly if you need to run it for a long time. It works great for my uses. I've also used it during power outages when I'm not yet ready to crank up the generator and just want a few lights on.

Personally, I wouldn't buy a power station at this point unless it had LiFePo4 batteries.
