slick deal comments will rarely be unified in agreeance lol

this PC is a great deal if youre looking for a good PC to do some work on,and/or want to game a little bit...

this should run everything from PS3 and 360 and backwards perfect with top tier graphics (except crysis lol)

it should run most games Xbox One and PS4 generation no problem as well, but maybe only at medium or lower settings, which will still suffice for the average gamer who doesnt give af about the smaller details or always hitting >60fps

For a $365 PC it runs 1080p games with ease. I have first hand experience. You can place a 6600 and 3060 and get double the performance over the 5500 and still use the same power supply.

$1200 MSRP is a complete joke too. RX5500 is trash tier and will struggle with 1080p medium in modern games.

You'll want a CPU with QuickSync (Intel with IGP) for encoding, its literally faster and encodes at a better quality than flagship GPUs. If you want to rip to AV1, similarly buy an Arc A380, it will be poor for gaming, but $130 buys you the best encoding GPU you can buy. If you want to game and do AV1 encoding then get the A750 or A770 for $280+, both out perfom the RX5500 in the OP by miles, though they need some more driver polishing.

For a $100 difference over the Walmart version this seems like a good deal.

Thanks and yeah I knew about Intel and Quicksink with Plex for encoding but didn't think about that for ripping. Yeah no gaming just ripping my own 4k UHD disc collection. Any suggestions between 11-14 generation Intel CPU ?

this would be a decent deal without the GPU. I know it's a weak rx 5500, but not a bad deal all for the price.
