Elite 7 Pro has been a huge disappointment. Battery life is great as is the ability to use left or right bud individually. However, call quality is absolutely terrible (callers cannot hear me well at all). Thinking I got a dud, I even went through the process of a warranty return and had the same issues with the second set.
All that to say, I've continued using an old set of Elite Active 65t and call quality remains great but the battery life is going down hill.
I have the 75t's which I love but wanted to try the 85t's and the price is right.

I tried the Elite 7 Pro, and there was a pretty noticeable audio delay on those for some reason. Ended up returning them. Might give these a shot, though
Yes, you can use the right earbud alone for mono playback of music or calls. Use your connected mobile device to control the volume and track.
