Did you have to load the SATA driver during clean install?
I used NVMe so not sure if the same driver is used but at least for that, yes, yes I did, and it was kinda difficult to find but I found it and can link it if need be. I've posted a link to it in a previous thread about this machine if anyone needs it ASAP
Can you pm me the link? I stupidly bought a SATA SSD not knowing that it doesn't support it, now about to install the nvme one this weekend. Thx

It should support a SATA SSD? I'm not 100% but the M.2 slot should also support SATA. Let me see if I can find the link and I will update this comment when I do for others to see.

That's what I thought, but the 2.5mm slot doesn't support SATA SSD.
