Tried ordering twice with credit card and shop card from membership promo. Both times order went through, both times received an email a few minutes later stating order was canceled. Anyone else experiencing this?

I've experienced this many times with Costco buying different types of gift cards from their website. Unfortunately, the only way it got resolved was by calling Costco customer service. They verified my membership information and had me place new orders while on the phone with them. It's actually why I posed a question in this thread if this deal was available in-store because I did not want to deal with the online hassle.

Thanks for the info. Tried snagging this on the commute to work, was going to try a 3rd time but the app doesn't apply the extra $5 discount since, I'm assuming, it thinks I've purchased this twice already. Quite the hassle to save five bucks. Guess I'll try reaching out to customer service on my lunch break if it's still available. Thanks again.

I thought it is an eGiftcard but I received a shipping notice with tracking number. So it is a physical card? Never mind. The shipping notice said usually email within an hour.

Have you ever purchased them before? That could be the problem.

I came to this thread to ask if the quantity limit was a life time limitation because I purchased a deal like this several years ago and haven't been able to participate in the deal ever since. I guess I could understand if it was a yearly limitation but forever seems a bit harsh!

I had my ordered cancelled since my shipping address is to my work address. Customer service agent said that I should have used a residential address. I now need to order (pay full price) and then chat back for a credit. Great find OP.
