Nanocell is more closely compared to QLED, but they're both different.

NanoCell is based on LCD technology, whereas QLED is, unsurprisingly, based on LED panels. QLED tend to have a better high dynamic range than NanoCell. NanoCell LCD screens, which use IPS panels, are less brighter than QLED TVs that use VA panels.

Got the older nano85. Great for gaming, good colors and light. Strobing from backlight is annoying some times. Interface is quick still gets routine updates

It's a LCD TV (Yeah, the ones that have been around for decades) with a fancy moniker.

60Hz, IPS, LG LCD. Just a basic entry level cheap tv. Light bleed and grayish blacks included. No different than entry level TCL and Hisense sets, except you'll get better black levels on the Chinese sets.
