EDIT: I would probably go with the A10s due to more consistent audio performance. A lot of audio issues can be corrected to an extent with EQ settings on PC, but on a console with no external DAC, WYSIWYG most of the time. (some pricier headsets can save the EQ settings from the PC to the headset itself)

Xbox branded one-deeper bass sound. Convenient volume control on the right ear. More comfortable.
Astro A10-Better balanced sound. Voices and highs are clearer. I read the mic is clearer..although I didn't try it out.
I kept the A10. Can't go wrong with either though.
