Two different uses. No one is really buying a Frame instead of OLED. People buy the Frame because it can be transformed into framed artwork and you no longer have a big ugly black rectangle mounted on your wall when not watching the TV.

Good point. I have a 2022 Frame in a bedroom full of windows that cause hideous glare. The Frame TV obliterates it.

Not only that. I own a 85" The Frame (2022) and it's great for watching TV in a living room that gets a lot of sunlight, because of the best-in-class anti-reflective coating. I also own a Samsung S95B QD-OLED 65" for my dedicated media room.

Some day when I have the funds, Id like three 43" side by side in vertical orientation and used to display movie and concert posters. Smilie

I have been waiting for a deal on this TV, but I wish I knew more about refurbished ones. Part of me wants to roll the dice, but I just don't know enough. For example, why would a retailer send a brand new TV to someone discounted as refurbished instead of selling it at full price as new? That seems too good to be true, but maybe there is a reason this happens.

Is 43" at $581 a better deal than 50" at $649 for use primarily as an art frame? How much does a bezel set you back?
