May be a regional supply thing, as I was just able to add the TV to my cart for pick up or delivery.

Watch out. TCL TVs suffer from an incredibly short lifespan. Mine was barely over a year old and suffered "the TCL black screen of death". It's pretty common if you Google it. TCL won't fix or replace because it lasted over 1 year.
