Is returning a TV on Amazon easy? Due to the size, will a courier pick it up or do i have to bring it to a UPS/FedEx store?

I returned this exact TV to amazon, they just scheduled an appointment and came and got it.

I don't know if you have to but I did.
I returned it because it had major issues with my PC, constant flickering with any refresh rate above 60hz and the eotf being awful making Dolby Vision and HDR really dark. They could've fixed those by now idk. Went with the U8K and it's been perfect.
