Pavilion is low end quality of HP and Envy is better than Pavilion.
but the white/keyboard is not worth to buy, unless we use external keyboard setup. they dont visible and typing is hard in night/differnt external light situations.
FAN noise is unbearable in HP laptops. i remember Pavilion does not have HP command center etc.. where we can change the settings of the machine.

So has anyone opened theirs up and figured whether the ram is upgradeable?
[edit] on another note, Crystal disk info says the "Excellent" open-box has been powered 50 times and has 448 hours on the ssd. The exterior looks great and is working fast, but that's way more hours than I expected. If they used it 10 hours a day, that would be nearly 45 days of use.
