already had a Dell account to the email i used to register on Alienware. reward shows up on Alienware, but not on Dell. none of my purchases from Dell have earned Dell Rewards even though they should. my balance is probably bugged, might be for some people too. worth looking into with customer support
Yep. No issues. I have another address I could use but didn't bother. Nothing has been cancelled. In fact most are in production now so I think it's fine. Guess we'll see tomorrow.

Same problem here. I got the reward on the Alienware site, but doesn't show up on Dell. Same email address for both
Worked for me! I already had a Dell.com account so I used the same email address. When I checked, 25 bucks landed here: https://www.dell.com/myaccount/en-us/rewards page. However, it is not visible in "all transactions" page for some reason.
Update: I did use the same email and phone number.
i ordered a 25 dollar card plus a 5 dollar card xbox, it went through, but then it said order was cancelled for both
Ok the dell saga continues.
Did their chat with a sales rep, ordered again, cancelled again!
Chat rep told me to call it in. Call center told me my account was frozen and will unlock in 6hrs. $25.00 is still there. All this for a 25 dollar xbox card. Pretty ridiculous. I will report back tommorow, i envy those that had zero issues.
I got a Nintendo switch game, a 128GB and a 256GB Luxe Sandisk USB C flash drive (all metal), 2 TP Link smart bulbs (don't need a hub), and two Xbox GCs. They have fitbits, galaxy tab s7 lite, nest hub 2, Roku 4K streaming stick, Logitech Digital pencil for iPads in all silver (no orange tips), SSDs, RAM…other smart devices/accessories, Soundbars…Hopefully you find something. Some you'll have to add a little too. But also use your monies back sites. It more than offset the tax for my orders.
It's people like these that made 7 accounts that ruin it for everyone...

Just called about my order being canceled after chat told me to call and verify order. Agent said there's nothing he can do and hung up on me what a shitshow!
Yeah if you have T-Mobile don't bother with this. I'm a multi-year postpaid customer and it just doesn't send the code. Not going to bother trying with GV since it sounds like this deal is infested with additional issues anyway.

Seems dell rewards is down, I placed an order yesterday and was not able to access my rewards without calling them
