Ordered around 930am est on Dec 23rd. Got FedEx tracking and completed on BBB. On Dec 24th got a cancelation email but still shows completed and shipping. The FedEx tracking is still on "awaiting carrier pickup". Anybody else have this as well?

Holding out hope but I think I know the answer 😞. Hoping for a Christmas miracle, lol

Mine has a tracking number, but it has not been picked up yet. I didn't get any cancellation email though. Everything shows as shipped. I'm willing to give it some extra time due to Christmas and the weird weather since this was coming from a store in the Midwest. This is for a V15, but I also grabbed a V12 locally I already picked up. Still torn on which to keep.

Its a top vacuum in the market. You can achieve 80% of what this can do with a regular one. Some people need the other 20% and some enjoy the build, feel, and features that not all will notice.

I have 2 super shedding dogs and the Dyson does a great job pulling hair from carpet after running the robovac every night.
