The walmart+ free delivery would tip the scales for me, however.
It's the same size. Half an inch differencr on w/h/d.

I thumbs down your comment because good deals deserve thumbs up, regardless of if it's available in your specific location.
I don't know how much it matters, but just an observation -- The Husky cabinet assembled weight is 77 lb, while the Frontier cabinet on this thread is 90 lb. That makes the Frontier cabinet almost 17% heavier. I'm not sure how accurate the information is on the respective specifications, but let's assume it is. The sizes between the cabinets are about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch different in all dimensions. That shouldn't account for a 13 lb difference. Maybe the Frontier cabinet uses a thicker gauge steel? I cannot find the gauge information for the Frontier cabinet anywhere, so not sure if that's an accurate assumption to make. In any case, I figured I'll mention it in case someone has some further insight.
The Walmart cabinet is shipped only (at least in my area). There is some risk of shipping damage as per reviews, but all things being equal - and assuming the weight descriptions are accurate, the Frontier cabinet would make a better buy if it's indeed that much heavier.
