Many people are reporting no points applied after purchase so YMMV

I think I know why some people are not getting it. Paypal/Honey essentially shadow ban accounts from earning rewards. I was shadow banned from honey rewards for reaching out on a Sasmung offer I saw for a Tab S8 ($100 offer) and they essentially ghosted me and now I can't earn any rewards. It happens to a ton of people (check their twitter replies). They also pretend to look into the issue if you contact them then block you on social media. They are pretty shady tbh.
Great deal, thanks! I saved offer in PayPal app, reloaded $10 in starbucks app using PayPal as payment, got 500 PayPal reward points instantly, redeemed for $5 cash in paypal.
Did the promo earlier in the day. Got the $10 Starbucks gc, 500 pts were added instantly. However the $5 PayPal cash back took around 45 mins to arrive to my PayPal account.
Worked for me. Did not see the offer on my PayPal account so I went through the link and it added to my account. I verified the offer was listed in the "saved" section of the deals tab on the app. Then added $10 to Starbucks card via the Starbucks app. 500 points immediately showed up in my PayPal rewards.

I didn't get one either. But used the other poster's method, click the link in OP's post and hit the + sign, then logged into my PP and it was there. Now waiting on the points. It's only $10 so if I don't get it I won't die.

had it on my 3rd account, already redeemed and got the credit
edit: using the method you listed worked for my other accounts
