I think I know why some people are not getting it. Paypal/Honey essentially shadow ban accounts from earning rewards. I was shadow banned from honey rewards for reaching out on a Sasmung offer I saw for a Tab S8 ($100 offer) and they essentially ghosted me and now I can't earn any rewards. It happens to a ton of people (check their twitter replies). They also pretend to look into the issue if you contact them then block you on social media. They are pretty shady tbh.

Did the promo earlier in the day. Got the $10 Starbucks gc, 500 pts were added instantly. However the $5 PayPal cash back took around 45 mins to arrive to my PayPal account.

Worked for me. Did not see the offer on my PayPal account so I went through the link and it added to my account. I verified the offer was listed in the "saved" section of the deals tab on the app. Then added $10 to Starbucks card via the Starbucks app. 500 points immediately showed up in my PayPal rewards.
