EVGA has their B Stock GeForce RTX 3060 XC GAMING graphics card for $260. Shipping was free for me.
Use an associate code (google for one from reddit, I used the one from /r/buildapcsales) to bring it down to $252

For folks who are considering between Nvidia and AMD: I'm getting this to get into the generative AI space. Nvidia cards are the only cards that are performant in that space. The best AMD card is worse than any 30xx Nvidia card. This card will let you generate images fairly quickly and the 12GB will allow you to use the latest Stable Diffusion v2 model.
For folks who are only interested in gaming: Yes, you can get a new RX 6650XT for a similar price.
There's multiple other cards on sale too, but this is the only one I did any research on to know it's a good price.
