If taken as directed, it is very rare to cause any liver issues. 99.99% of documented liver issues associated with Acetaminophen is from 1 large overdose or several very high doses over several days. This drug been safely used by billions of people since 1951 if taken as directed without mixing with Alcohol. There are some who should not take Tylenol, like most medicines though.

I stay away from Acetaminophen due to the liver issues it can cause. They also have a version that uses aspirin instead. Obviously do your own research and make your own informed decisions.

In sure any number of other drugs and carcinogens you are exposed to on a daily basis will also cause you issues at some point in your life.

Aspirin can cause stomach issues so it really is just a balance of benefits vs side effects.

The cold and flu powermax gels also have a 35% coupon and those work so well for me and cheaper then Nyquil gels. It is my go to brand.

About $8 with S&S. But where do you see 72 for 12? Usually nyquil is like $20 for 24-36.
