every 6 months use in the shower to keep things moving
Walmart sells it for $5 only. Gonna pick one up and try on my sink drains.

off brand?? dafuq? you've really never heard of drano? Invented in 1923, been around for a century as of next week, i remember ubiquitous tv commecrials for it when i was kid in the 70s. Didn't know Clorox even made unclogger - more like Clorox is the "off brand"

I've been using this for years and never had to unclog the shower drain, for a simple bath tub all you need is simple Mesh Tub Strainer in Stainless Steel.
All you got to do after the shower is is get a piece of paper and scoop up what ever it catches..

I'm pretty sure it will be cheaper in the warehouse than it is online

I'm holding off for green goblin drain cleaner sale (fingers crossed). after I used a bottle of that stuff in a bath tub drain that has been blocked for almost a year it cleared it up in one go.

I thought Drano is bad for pipes in the long run. I've read to use a snake thru the pipes instead.

Looks the same. Just a bigger bottle.
Same exact ounces. Amazon is $14.99 while Walmart is $4.37.

Instead of pouring toxic chemicals down the drain
try Drain Weasel. It's the physical way to unclog the drain.

If you haven't tried it buy a tub shroom. Stops the hair before it even goes down. Went from frequent clogs to none in years

If you're needing to use Drano then I suggest using a Flexisnake first ,to solve the initial problem which is something (most likely hair) clogging the pathway.
FlexiSnake The Drain Weasel MAX - 30 inch - Drain Hair Clog Remover Tool with Rotating Handle & 2 Wand Refills - Thin, Flexible, Easy to Use on Most Drains & Grates - Made in USA - (2-Pack) https://a.co/d/1t7VMad
It's my go to every time I move into a new house. Use it in every sink and shower drain. Warning though, what comes out of it can be fantastically horrifying!😂 They have an 18 inch one which I've used for sinks before and work beautifully, but for shower drains you need the 30 inch because you need to really get deeper down in there. The 30 gives me the versatility to fit my shower drain and can be somewhat cleaned off and reused in all my sink drains before I toss it. Also, hang onto the fishing end in case you need to buy refill brushes and store them under your sink for any future use(I've never needed to unclog anything after doing it initially though, it's that good!) This also beats having to call a plumber by a long shotSmilie

This stuff is so bad for your drain lines. Half the time you just need to pull the p-trap or pull the hair catcher from your tub overflow. If that doesn't solve it invest in a hand held snake or call a plumber.
