Way more than cost per tissue of Sam's regular 160pack.

In fact sam's bulk is actually more expensive than their 160 pack which is like 0.78c per tissue.

This is like 1.1c per tissue

Have you had issue with Sam's tissues? I feel like the box is over filled and I have a heck of a time getting the first 10 out without destroying them

yeah sure sams is cheaper, but leaves tons of paper scraps/powder, and this is much softer.
