    i'd recommend spending a bit more on the mantis pod. i've been happy with it so far and the little clip at the end of one of the legs opens up a whole new world of possibilities for a small tripod

    Am looking for something like this, but one that would extend 4-5 ft. Not a normal tripod, but one of these that have the legs relatively low - the one I hacked together for a 360 degree camera isn't very sturdy.
