I agree, but that comes with its own stupidity.

This brand and specific cable has been solid for me and family, We have had Anker replace cables that get used every day, 9 and 12 months after purchase, with kids and my dog always tripping over and snagging cables, you need something solid.

apple charges 2.50 for each c48/c91/c94 chip + you pay extra for certification process for apple to even sell you this chip

Is the chip available on all lightning cable? Why usb A to lightning is cheaper?

USB A is cheaper I think because it's older tech and slowly being phased out. USB-C (or USB Type-C) is slowly becoming the standard port for consumer devices. Almost every new laptop, tablet or phone has USB-C connectivity. This is because the connection type fixes many of the problems associated with USB-A. It also has many features that surpass its predecessor.
USB-C ports are smaller and thinner than USB-A. Because of the connector's symmetrical design, you don't need to worry about which way you insert the cable into a port (thank goodness). With an adaptor, USB-C is backward compatible with USB-A and with various connection types, including HDMI.
Support for Power Delivery lets you charge large electronics like laptops via USB-C. SuperSpeed and SuperSpeed+ support (through USB 3.0 and higher) allows for faster data transfer speeds. USB-C is also compatible with Thunderbolt 3 and Thunderbolt 4, which is why you'll often see laptops and desktops with combo USB-C/Thunderbolt 4 ports -- the port supports either cable.

It is available to be integrated in every Lightning cable, yes. It is cheaper because apple wants to price it cheaper. Both cables cost less than $4/assembly after all costs are factored in.

USBA cable is cheaper because apple/manufacturer decide to make it cheaper. Swapping cable from USBA to USBC cost less than $0.20, $1 if emarker needed. Overall cable assembly max cost $5 per cable.

FYI "Superspeed" branding is now officially abandoned. USB official branding now is
USB 5Gbps
USB 10Gbps
USB 20Gbps
USB 40Gbps
USB 80Gbps
For data transmission

As well please note that officially it is TBT3/TBT4 that is supported via USBC not the other way around. The port does not support either cable but instead the port supports the TBT3/TBT4 protocols. Thunderbolt revisions past Thunderbolt 2 are no longer a different port or implementation, but instead integrated into USBC via Alternate Modes (please see USB Type-C spec R2.2 for more details)

As well, USBC-PD is now required for all spec-compliant implementations of the USBC port. If it is configured as a sink-only USBC port, it is required to have a USBPD controller to negotiate USBPD or USB default power (which varies based on USB 2.0 spec, USB 3.2 spec) or BC1.2. If it is a source-only port, it is required to have a USBPD controller to negotiate USBPD AND be able to supply USB default power (which varies based on USB 2.0 and USB 3.2 spec) or BC1.2. If it is a DRP port, it is required to be able to negotiate USBPD out via a USBPD controller, USB default power out (which varies based on USB 2.0 and USB 3.2 spec) or BC1.2 and must be able to negotiate usb default power, with BC1.2 and USBPD optional for input.

Bought these for years as my go to. Last couple have died quickly, similar to crap Amazon cables. Anker quality has dipped noticeably.
