I don't want to get into a debate about Chinese quality. Zwilling and other companies have discount, cheaper knife lines and then they have the high-quality versions that made their names famous in the first place. This $30 knife ain't it.
For Zwilling: you want one in the (Pro)fessional or Twin Star line.

Trying not to look at all those Staub enameled cast irons as I just spent a few thousand on my wife's enameled-cast-iron wish-list. Eeek.
