Definite pass for me but if you're already paying for all 3 of these, this price is a no brainer.

1PW is the king (only software sub I pay for!)
Setapp is good but I don't like subs
Masterclass... Bleh

I used both for years and while Bitwarden has admittedly improved, HANDS DOWN 1Password is the best password manager on every platform right now.

Bitwarden is also good and is #2 choice if 1PW disappeared in the long list of password managers and I don't have any regrets recommending them.

For something as critical as password managers, 1Password is top of the line option.
