It is better but not that much better. Camera for example is better on s22 with 100× zoom vs 50× on Note 20. Normal picture quality maybe slightly better on s22 I'd say. Other than that you won't really much difference for daily use. Note 20 camera is a little weird with it quite a bit raised from the back, so even with a case the camera might be a little exposed to potential damage/scratches from drops. Other than that s22 is essentially a Note phone with built in stylus. I have been using Notes since Note 5 I think and this is the first time I switched to S series. But even though it's called S-series, it is essentially Note. In truth, what they killed off is the S-series and changed the name of Note to S series which is weird. Maybe it's because of marketing reason since S-series used to outsell notes.
