I saw it on "sale" for $598 yesterday. Not sure if $598 is the normal price. I can't imagine this costing much more. It is 21 gauge, same as all Husky's Standard series vs Heavy Duty (better than 18ga I think).

I went Toolbox shopping yesterday at Harbor Freight, as well. The US General stuff felt as good or better than the Heavy Duty Husky stuff. The Standard Husky felt better than the Yukon brand for a little more money.

After playing with a bunch of boxes yesterday, I felt this was the sweet spot for value as of today. Tomorrow may have better sales on better boxes.

21 guage steel, not a good deal at all....

The frontier that was on sale for $150 is the same gauge. Wasn't a wood top but still... $350 more for a wood top?? No thanks.

In for one and it's being delivered tomorrow. Thanks OP! Not my first choice in color, but it's a good size, decent quality, and the cabinet on the side sealed the seal. Love the versatility. I can tear down the old workbench the previous owner left and finally have one storage solution for all my portable toolboxes.

Solid deal - the Yukon box at HF is small, less drawer versatility and doesn't have the depth for almost the same price. Sub $350 for these boxes are no longer a thing.

How many average strength people does it take to get this into a vehicle? I considered getting one of these last time that it was on sale, but 300+ pounds is beyond what I can get on my own.

I bought that Frontier for $150 the other day, but to be fair, it is 1/3rd the size of this. Even with the additional tool chest that goes on top for $99 more, it holds less than half of what this does.
